Electronic patient health information may be exported in XML format in CCDA architecture. TriMed Complete regularly updates the CCDA format to meet the current HL7 Clinical Document Architecture standards as set forth at: https://www.hl7.org/implement/standards/.

III. Costs

Users of TriMed Complete Version 1 pay a standard license fee and for monthly support. There is also no cost differential to use this system as “ONC Certified” versus “Non-Certified.” Fees for additional, third party functionality, such as Direct messaging, e-prescribing, immunization registry connection, data storage, data hosting and/or electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS) are charged to clients as applicable.

New clients are charged initial fees for setup, training, data migration and project management. These amounts vary based on practice size and readiness.

TriMed offers a variety of add-on services, functions and devices. These are optional to all clients.

TriMed charges for third-party lab connectivity. Generally, the third party business entity (lab or imaging facility) pays the cost of establishing connectivity, but the client also has the option to pay for connections, as applicable.

This product is certified for use of Reporting for Merit-Based Incentive Payment Systems (MIPS) Promoting Interoperability performance category (TIN/NPI).
